THE RILEY MOTOR CLUB
will take place on the evening of Friday, September 7th 2018, at 6:00pm.
At Bowden Hall Hotel at Upton St. Leonards, GL4 8ED.
Apologies for absence to Christine Draper, Company Secretary, address inside the front cover of the Riley Record.
Only matters on the agenda will be in order at the AGM.
Members wishing to notify subjects to be formally raised under ‘Any Other Business’ at the AGM
should do so in writing to Christine Draper, as above.
Copies of the minutes of the previous AGM and copies of the Statements of Account for The Riley Motor Club
and Riley Motor Club Spares Limited
will be available from the Treasurer on application by email or by post,
addresses inside the front cover, and at the AGM.

The AGM of the Spares Company, which is wholly owned by the Club Company,
will have already been held by its shareholders who are the Club Company itself
(through a representative appointed by the Directors) and the holder of one share
as nominee for the Club Company. The Directors elected will be reported to the Club Company AGM
attended by all Club members and there will be a report of the Spares Company’s accounts
made to the Club Company AGM.
The Riley Motor Club AGM will be followed by an Open Forum to enable members to raise any points
or ask any questions relating to the running of the Club or Spares Company.
Whilst matters discussed are not part of the official AGM, all points will be noted and minuted and the
level of opinion expressed by any majority will be noted by Executive Committee Members and the Directors.
