Friends Robert and Bill Fellows, direct descendants of the founders of Riley, bought 2 years ago a 1904 Riley 3 1/2hp Moto-Bi.
Returned to full running order by my son Peter the machine has been housed locked in a fully enclosed bespoke car transporter trailer, also locked, which was housed in a locked barn, very near a family home in Ousden, Nr Newmarket.
On the night of the 15/16 December using equipment thieves cut off the locks to the barn, trailer and motorcycle to steal the Riley Moto-Bi, tools and sundries.
Robert, Bill and their family are desperate for the return of their family’s precious-to-them motorcycle and welcome any contact which will help recover this machine.
Authorities including the police are informed
