The Club retains members' data for administrative purposes only, in compliance with Data Protection legislation. The Club may communicate with the member by electronic means including its website or an email address supplied by the member.

The Riley Motor Club is a private company limited by guarantee. The liability of each member is limited to £1, the amount undertaken to be contributed to the assets of the Club in the event of its being wound up.
