Gala Dinner

The hotel has limited rooms which will be subject to availability.
Please note that booking directly with the Hotel’s reservation office will provide cancellation cover and a full refund will be given up to 24hrs prior to arrival. This is NOT available online.

Creamed Potato, Steamed Savoy Cabbage, Roast Carrot & Sage Jus
2.Lemon and Thyme Roasted Chicken Breast with Roast Potatoes, Mashed Roots,
Steamed Greens & White Wine Jus
3.Creamy Seafood and Leek Pie Topped with Chive & Cheddar Mashed Potato,
Served with Steamed Greens
4.Chestnut Mushroom and Spinach Pastini with Parmesan & Rocket
